A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final Sales Price. All applicable taxes will be assessed based on the sum of the sales price and buyer's premium.
High-End Furnishings are available for sale immediately. We will take bids throughout the week but are "buy it now" prices will secure the item for interested parties. We will be open for inspection and removal Saturday, March 19th from 10-4. This sale is about quality, not quantity. You will need to bring manpower/movers for some of the items (we are not providing movers). ALL SALES FINAL. NO RETURNS.
